01Acceptance of Terms
These Terms form an agreement between you and Rishtay Natay. If you do not agree, please do not use the service.
02Eligibility
You must be at least 18 years old and legally able to marry under the laws that apply to you. Parents, siblings or guardians may create a profile on behalf of an adult family member with their consent.
03Your Account
You are responsible for keeping your password safe and for all activity on your account. Provide accurate information and keep it up to date.
04Rishta Profiles
Every profile is reviewed before it goes live. We may edit, reject or remove any profile that is incomplete, misleading or breaks these Terms.
05Interests & Communication
Photos, family and contact details are shared only after an interest request is accepted. Treat every member with respect and use shared details only for the purpose of marriage.
06Prohibited Activities
- Creating fake profiles or impersonating someone.
- Posting a profile for a person who is already married or under 18.
- Asking members for money, or any fraud or scam.
- Harassment, abusive language or sharing members’ details publicly.
- Commercial use, advertising or collecting member data.
07Membership & Payments
Paid plans are activated after we verify your payment. Plans are valid for the number of days shown at purchase. Please read our Refund Policy.
08Suspension & Termination
We may suspend or delete accounts that break these Terms, without refund where the breach is serious.
09Important Disclaimer
Rishtay Natay is a platform to help families connect. We do not guarantee a match and we are not responsible for the conduct of members. Always involve your family and verify details independently before any commitment.
10Limitation of Liability
To the extent allowed by law, Rishtay Natay is not liable for indirect or consequential losses arising from use of the service.
11Changes to These Terms
We may update these Terms. Continued use after changes means you accept the updated Terms.
12Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of Pakistan. Courts in Lahore have jurisdiction.
