This policy explains how payments and refunds work for Rishtay Natay memberships.
01Activation
Memberships are activated after our team verifies your payment, usually within a few hours.
02Refunds
Memberships are non-refundable once activated, because the benefits (interest requests, visibility) start immediately.
03When We Do Refund
- You paid twice for the same order by mistake.
- We could not activate your membership because of a problem on our side.
- Your payment was received but your order was rejected.
04How to Request
Email support@rishtaynatay.pk within 7 days of payment with your order number and transaction ID. Approved refunds are sent back to the original account within 7–10 working days.
